Description
• Identify new/ assets opportunities to activate Amazon Fresh on Amazon Gateway and drive implementation
• Drive experiments for existing assets and ensure continuous optimizations on CTR performance
• Improve Push notifications & Email Channel reach measured via RCV share
• Drive continuous optimizations for performance improvement
• Drive experimentation roadmap with differentiate communication plan across cohorts
• Daily & weekly performance monitoring & reporting updates to improve visibility on Gateway progress
Co ordinating with stakeholders for the inputs as per the calendar and associate campaign execution getting it done by the ASMs on a timely manner
• Drive A/B Tests and experiments with an objective of performance improvement and publish results
• Drive A/ B tests experiments through SONAR tools on Push / Email to develop learnings
• IC Benchmarking in terms on quality of communication and volumes/ frequency to achieve parity or be better

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional non
- internship marketing experience
- 3+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross
- functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross
- functional teams and agency partners
- Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
